About Me

As a lifelong dancer and yoga practitioner, I have a great appreciation for the ways we relate to our bodies, and through our bodies relate to one another. Through my work and personal life, I have seen the ways that painful life experiences can disconnect us from our innate connection to our selves. My work centers on the re-integration of the mind-body connection to support us in living more fulfilling lives.

I bring years of experience supporting diverse communities, especially Spanish-speakers with immigration experiences, and specialize in trauma-informed care. I'm certified in evidence-based techniques to treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and related challenges.
