My Approach
I focus on building our genuine, human connection as we explore what might be in the way of accessing what you most want for yourself. I invite you to explore how you relate to yourself and your world, and support you in increasing connection to your authentic self. Through exploration, we often uncover patterns that no longer serve you and learn to shift toward a new way of being.

NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model)
I practice this model to support with complex trauma, which often stems from experiences in childhood and in close relationships. NARM is a depth-oriented approach that supports in shifting deeply held patterns that helped us survive as children, but may now get in the way of how we want to be. NARM incorporates the mind-body-spirit experience.

CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy)
I practice CPT for those who have PTSD symptoms following life threating experiences. This is a short-term, structured approach that supports in shifting unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that developed in response to the traumatic experience.

​For individuals or groups wanting to support the body-mind connection. Mindful movement combines the core skills of mindfulness with gentle movement that facilitates cognitive, physical, and emotional functioning.
